About the event
Identifying trees during the winter can be a challenge. Join UNH Cooperative Extension Foresters Dode Gladders and Steve Roberge to learn some of our cold-weather “ID Tips and Tricks.” We will focus on bark, buds, and branching, and we will go over some of our favorite books and smartphone apps as well. Be prepared for an easy two-hour walk in the woods. Be sure to dress appropriately, wear warm boots, and bring any snacks and drinks that you may need. Because parking is limited, we will limit registration to fifteen people, so be sure to sign up soon.
