Prior to working with CCCD, Benée served as the Community Engagement and Sustainable Agriculture Coordinator for The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts through the TerraCorps program. During her service year, she planned and farmed a 3-acre sustainable community engagement farm. From 2021 to spring 2023 Benée worked as Outreach Coordinator and then as Community Engagement Director for the CCCD. In 2023, Benée took time away to work as a farmworker on vegetable farms throughout the east coast. She also offers social media and digital communications consulting services through her consulting business.
She is passionate about uplifting and engaging local communities through storytelling and is thrilled to be back with CCCD! Benée is excited to be working with such an incredible and dedicated organization and community in Cheshire County!
